Community Building and Rewards Program: we created a strong community of detailers through a dedicated Facebook Group, allowing them to connect, showcase their work, ask questions, and help each other. Additionally, we introduced a well-designed rewards program that offered incentives and discounts based on specific activities, such as referrals, to foster engagement and customer loyalty.

    1. Strategic Automation with Klaviyo: we utilized Klaviyo to create customized and fine-tuned email automations. Instead of generic sequences, we developed tailored automations based on customer behavior and preferences. For example, we excluded the browse abandonment sequence as Undrdog’s clients were already familiar with the products. We also implemented a diminishing discount abandoned cart sequence to promote action and shorten the sales cycle from 7 to 3 days.

    1. Website Design and Funnel Optimization: Undrdog’s website underwent a stylish and functional redesign, providing an improved user experience and streamlining the conversion funnel. The focus was on driving conversions and maximizing the value of each visitor.
