Information we collect
- Email address — only when you choose to subscribe. It is stored with our email service provider (Bento) and used to send you new steps, articles, and the resources you asked for.
- Contact form details — your name, email, an optional reason, and your message, used solely to reply to you (delivered via Postmark). Submissions are spam-protected by Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Analytics — if you consent, Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) collects aggregate, pseudonymous usage data (page views and events) so we can see what is useful. No advertising profiles are built, and analytics do not run until you accept (see Cookies & consent below).
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the content you requested and to operate and improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the processors who help us run the site: Bento (email list + on-site analytics), Postmark (contact replies), Cloudflare (spam protection, DNS, and image/CDN delivery), Railway (hosting), and Google (Tag Manager + Analytics — only with your consent).
Cookies & consent
By default we set only the essential cookies needed for security and basic site function. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager) stay off until you accept them. On your first visit a banner lets you Accept or Decline; we use Google Consent Mode, so analytics storage remains denied unless you opt in. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. We do not run advertising cookies. For how Google processes analytics data, see Google's Privacy & Terms (opens in a new tab).
Your choices
Every subscription email includes an unsubscribe link. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time via Cookie settings, and you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
